All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

Jabodetabek & West Java: from Rp 11,000/kg
Rest of Java: from Rp 19,000/kg
Bali: from Rp 29,000/kg
Sumatra: from Rp 46,000/kg
Kalimantan: from Rp 55,000/kg
Sulawesi: from Rp 60,000/kg
Eastern Indonesia: from Rp 136,000/kg

Courier
We ship via Tiki and other trusted couriers. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically 1-5 business days within Java and 3-7 business days for other regions.

Order Tracking
