Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every bottle of First Batch. If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right — but we need your help to process the claim quickly.
⚠️ Unboxing Video Required
For all damage claims, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label visible on the package
- The complete unboxing process, from opening the package to removing the product
- The damaged item(s) immediately after unboxing, in the same video
Without an unboxing video that meets the above requirements, damage claims cannot be processed. This policy protects both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims and helps us identify packaging or courier issues so we can prevent them in the future.
Damage Claims
- Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
- Send your unboxing video and photos of the damaged item(s) via WhatsApp to +62 87747412131 or email info@firstbatch.id
- Include your order number in the message
Once verified, we'll arrange either:
- A replacement of the damaged item(s), or
- A refund to your original payment method
What's Not Covered
We cannot process claims for:
- Orders received more than 3 days ago
- Damage claims without a qualifying unboxing video
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Change of mind or taste preference (food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons)
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 3 days with your order number and an unboxing video showing the discrepancy. We'll send the correct item at no additional cost.
