- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp First Batch Wasabi Hot Sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
Stir-fry
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 70 g green beans, cut into 3–4 cm pieces
- 70 g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp First Batch Wasabi Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 100 ml beef stock
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the saikoro beef with cornstarch, sesame oil, First Batch Wasabi Hot Sauce, and salt. Mix well until evenly coated. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Slice the onion, mince the garlic, cut the green beans, and slice the shiitake mushrooms. Set aside.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the onion. Cook until the onion softens and becomes translucent.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan. Stir-fry until the beef is browned on the outside.
- Add the green beans and shiitake mushrooms. Stir well, then add black pepper, soy sauce, and First Batch Wasabi Hot Sauce. Mix until evenly combined.
- Pour in the beef stock. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce slightly thickens and all ingredients are cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve hot. Best enjoyed with steamed white rice.
